I'm working on a leftover segment

Once thanksgiving is over, after the mess is cleaned up there is always the dreaded, "what are we going to do with all these left-overs?".  Well, I'm compiling some ideas but I'd really like to know what do you generally have the most of?, other than turkey, and what types of things do your family like?
