Turkey Roasting tip
Ever wonder why people at Thanksgiving always say " the turkey was a bit dry, but the stuffing was awesome!"?? The reason for this was all your juices from the bird went into the stuffing, rather than stuffing the turkey with stuffing, try putting some chunks of apple and cloves of garlic, or you could use lemons. Also for the first 45 min of cooking turn the oven to 400 degrees to "sear" the outside, then turn it down to 325 for the remainder. You'll notice your turkey has taken on great flavor and moisture.
