Below is a simple base fruit smoothie recipe that you can customize to your liking.
Basic Smoothie
1 cup of fresh strawberries
1 cup of fresh bananas
1 cup of nonfat milk/or nonfat plain yogurt
1 cup of 100% fruit juice
3 cups of ice cubes
Want to give this a fun twist substitute the milk/yogurt with a zero calorie soda like Sprite Zero, this will give it a nice sweet fizzy appeal. You've got to indulge the sweet side once in a while.
